Just recently purchased this griddle. I've used it a lot and after each use I wipe it
using a paper towel with some vegetable oil (canola), and then let it sit on the burner for a few minutes.
It is virtually non-stick for me already and I've cooked hash browns, fried eggs (over easy), quesadillas,
pancakes, tortillas, and my favorite, grilled cheese sandwiches. I love this griddle, it's great!
