Before buying this product, I had read the most helpful reviews; so I wasn't surprised to find it difficult to adjust. Apparently, you may receive your rope with the loose metal pieces already crimped, making it impossible to follow the directions of popping off the cap, pulling the rope, cutting it, etc. You're going to need to force in one side of the bearing track and pry out the other side and remove it to adjust the rope.

The reason why I only only rated this rope 3/5 is really because of its performance. The price cancels out the adjustment issue, so I'm not even considering that. If you're looking for a REAL SPEED ROPE that can let you repeatedly do double unders, or even some TRIPLE UNDERS this is NOT for you. The rope is simiply too light. I'm 6 feet tall, so I tried it at its full 10-ft length, and shortened it twice until I reached the "proper" length (both feet planted together on the rope until the handles pull up to somewhere between your armpits and collar bone). Unsurprisingly, at the proper length, the rope got lighter and was even harder to perform the double under. The triple under was impossible. Try the Everlast Deluxe Speed Rope...unfortunately, you're going to need to be about 5'11" or taller to fit that rope, or make some knots down each side. And it costs about twice as much. Coleman Red Canyon 17-Foot by 10-Foot 8-Person Modified Dome Tent Decide Now

Bought this tent just before a July camping trip to Cape Cod. I didn't even open it until I got to the camp ground. Being familiar with Coleman dome tents, set up was quick. Took less than twenty minutes with two people. This tent is huge. We set up two queen sized air mattresses at either end and still had room for two camp chairs and all our baggage in the middle (wife didn't pack lightly either). We got rain the first night and the tent stayed completely dry. It was very windy the second night and the tent was perfect then too.

One thing we did notice is that with the rain fly on, the tent captured and held the heat. It was hot and humid for most of the trip and it was extremely hot inside the tent during the day (even with all the windows open). We unhooked the rainfly on both sides and folded it up to expose the tent and it cooled down somewhat. Still it was in the high 80's and sunny most of our trip so I expected it to be warm inside. I might purchase a couple battery operated fans for the future just in case.

Overall, this tent was perfect for Me, my wife and 2yo daughter. This tent is big enough to be our family tent even if we add to our 3 person family. It worked well in the rain and setup was a breeze. I just completed my first month of Brazil Butt Lift. I'm a very fit, frequent exerciser and I could not believe the results I got. I lost 7 3/4 inches total in 4 weeks (off my waist, butt, hips, and thighs). I continued my regular spin classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, but followed the Pear program for the remainder of the time. The cardio axe is quick moving and fun, the high and tight workout really makes it burn where you need it, and tummy tuck is a serious ab workout. Discount SABRE Compact Pepper Spray with Quick Release Key Ring (Black)

We bought this SABRE Pepper Spray for my daughter to carry with her when traveling to and from college, which is 6 hours in each direction. We know that SABRE is one of the main manufactures of Pepper Spray so felt comfortable with the brand. Here are my observations:

Likes -
+ Main Unit is perfect sized for the hand
+ Belt\Strap Clip is well designed so it is not likely to snag
+ Quick Release Key Ring works as expected and allows for detaching the Pepper Spray when needed

Dislikes -
- While the activation plunger must be twisted to use, I am not positive that it can't be positioned by accident
- Has limited shelf life, mine "expires" in March 2014 (4 years out)

My daughter says she feels better having it, but we still stress the importance of avoiding situations where it could be needed.

This is a conveniently sized canister that has bought us a little piece of mind.
