i like it i took the test at a karate tournament and i was impressed and all my friends and sensei took the test as well i even did it on my friends and it worked
i have noticed an improvement in my endurance and i am pleased even if this is some sort of placebo effect i believe it works and it makes me push it harder and harder each day
