All in all I would say this product works as described. It is a pretty common pull up bar that uses the door frame for support. The added loop/handles are one of my favorite parts about this bar as it lets me change up the position and work my muscles differently. I did have a couple issues with the product as the initial packaging was missing one of the nuts and the part of the bar that rests against the door frame is a hard rubber and can dent and mark the doorway.
