Bosu ball is pretty good. Good dark black color. Be aware that the pump that comes with it is not what you would think. It is a plastic accordian style pump that you step on, and squeals horribly. If you can deal with the squealing, then yes it does get the job done. Air plug to hold the air in does work, but it sticks out of the bosu ball about 1.5 cm. Overall, not a bad product.
