This tiny clock has shown how lacking in intensity my workouts had been. It took me about 20 minutes of fooling with the gymboss to figure out it's functionality but it's relatively easy to operate once you've got it. It clips tightly to your waist and the vibrate function allows you to set intervals and keep the pace and intensity levels you want and desire. After you've set this thing and clipped it, you're good to go. I put my ipod on and blast away several rounds of intense circuits with a simple vibration to keep me on track.
