I have carpol I have carpal tunnel and I constant pain. Since I cannot afford medical I figure I might as well give this item a try and hope for the best. I was very disappointed. The small video that came with the gyro makes it look easy, but the hand motions must be done in a very 'specific way' not the so called easy method described in the video. I did not even get a string with my gyro, so I had to improved and use some generic string. it works somewhat and I better rotation than the slow idiotic method shown of using the magic 'thumb' or the karate chop method. The store 'models' wont give me a refund since I opened the package and used it. So I am stuck with an ugly looking paperweight. Hopefully I will be able to get a job that will allow me to afford proper treatment for my carpal tunnel.
