You don't have to worry about being too heavy for these, the quality is outstanding from this Co. I have purchased 3 different items, The Perfect Pull-up, The Perfect Sit-up and the Perfect Push-up. All 3 are very good quality.......not a Made in China kind of thing....these are the real deal :)Get more detail about Perfect Pullup.
