I've used one of these in a 750 ml Camel Back bottle and a 1 L Nalgene bottle, and it works great in both. I've also given several of these as gifts and they work much better than the hard plastic versions, as the flexible silicone is easier to push in and out and creates a better seal by molding itself to the opening of the bottle.
