The 36" High Density Foam Roller lives up to it's name. I've used the less density ones(white foam)at the gym. This one stays firmer (for those you can handle the firmness on their muscles). The 36' size is great for rolling the length of your back (on the floor or against the wall).
Works great when I come home from lifting weights and can break the tension on my back muscles,at my liesure,while watching T.V. Also great for loosening back tension before or after a golf game.
