I got this for the office after having to switch my chair 2-3 times a week (at the computer 8 hours a day). This is Wonderful! And Fun LOL. I may have to get another one for home. I'm overweight and 5'4" and this size seems to work well for me so far -- though I should probably inflate it more than it is now. However, my back already feels better and I'm bouncing to my music which is making my morning go a little faster than usual ;).
